• Are returns or exchanges accepted?
refunds and exchanges are not accepted. all items are checked before they are packaged. we make sure all of our items are checked before they are packaged. We make sure all the products are in perfect condition before shipping. we will NOT return any items that are broken/ripped due to getting the incorrect size. 
  • What if Iā€™m unsure about my size?
If you are unsure about your size, please email PrettyShopInc@Gmail.com. The response Time is less than 24 hours. if we have to exchange or refund you for ANY reason, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. it is subject to approval and the time frame for such exchange will be 7 days from date of delivery. 
  • Can I cancel my order?
No, we do not cancel orders at this time. we appreciate your business. Once a package is in the possession of USPS, we are no longer responsible for any packages. contact your local postal office for any questions concerning your package. please make sure the correct address is listed when placing an order to avoid any delays.
  • When placing an order, your billing address MUST match. We will not accept any orders that do not follow these guidelines.
  • please allow 1-2 business days to process your order and this may vary during busy periods. once your order is processed, it will be shipped. standard shipping is usually 2-3 Business Days depending on the location. expedited shipping is 1-3 business days depending on the location.
  • if your package includes an item that is labeled pre order/ back order, your item will ship once the item is Available to send out.
  • ONLY priority packages are insured. if a package is lost, and your selected priority shipping, we can file a claim. however, if you choose first class mail, packages are not covered if lost. 
  • we only ship to US & Canada.
  • pick up may be available in NYC only.
